What does the activity include? With the exception of food everything you need is provided including wood-burning chimnea plush sheepskin rugs beautiful fabrics sensuous double bed romantic lighting and an organic welcome food hamper (which includes pasta pasta sauce biscuits tea coffee hot chocolate sugar salt & pepper cooking oil and a bottle of wine) and a cool box with cool bricks and 5 litres of drinking water. Clients have their own toilet and washroom facilities situated close to the tipi. Included in the experience are two deeply relaxing holistic therapy sessions – Reiki healing and twilight meditation. We recommend that you wear appropriate clothing for the time of year a stout pair of footwear wellingtons walking boots and good waterproof clothing in case of inclement weather. How long should I allow for the experience? You should allow two nights for this experience. You will be required to arrive at 4.00pm on day 1 and depart at 11.00am on day 3. When does the activity take place? This experience operates between Mid April - October courses will start on selected Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays. Are there any restrictions? Although there are no height weight or age restrictions for this experience participants need to be able to walk approximately 100 metres to reach the tipi and be able to bend to enter the tipi. If you have any other medical conditions which may affect you during this experience please let us know. The experience is aimed at couples as there are only Double Beds available in the Tipis. What about the weather? It is unlikely that the weather will affect this experience; if however it does an alternative date will be offered to you. Can I bring spectators? Beneath the glass roof and in air-conditioned comfort you will enjoy a welcomedrink before taking your seats for the four course meal with live entertainment and after dinner dancing to finish off your wonderful evening. Where does the experience take place? Embarkation is at the London Embankment. What should I wear? Dress code is smart to formal gentlemen are encouraged to to wear a jacket & tie. No jeans shorts or trainers allowed on board. We reserve the right to refuse entry based on inappropriate dress. No refunds will be given under such circumstances. How long should I allow for this experience? Boarding is at 19.15hrs for a 20.00hrs departure Return back to Embankment Pier at 22.45hrs. When does the activity take place? Selected weekday and weekend dates throughout the year excluding Valentines Day Mothers Day and Christmas and New Year. All bookings are subject to availability. Are there any restrictions? Minimum age is 16. Apart from the welcome drink drinks are not included but can be purchased seperately. What about the weather? In the unlikely event that a dinner cruise is cancelled an alternative date will be offered to you. Can I bring spectators? Sorry all guests must hold a valid voucher for the cruise. What else do I need to know? Important: You must take your exhilaration voucher with you on the day of your activity if you don't take the voucher then you will be unable to board the boat and will lose your experience. Vegetarian menu options are available however this must be requested when you book a date for your experience. Personal Accident and Cancellation Insurance is included. Drinks are not included in the cost of the voucher apart from the welcome cocktail. Celebration packages are available at extra cost for special occasions (eg cakes champagne etc). What does the activity include? Enjoy abreathtaking trip on the British Airways London Eye followed by a fabulous Thames Dinner Cruise on board the restaurant cruiser 'Symphony' or 'Naticia'. Beneath the glass roof and in luxurious surroundings you will enjoy afour course a la carte meal including coffee and chocolates and with live entertainment and after dinner dancing to finish off your wonderful evening. Where does the experience take place? The British Airways London Eye is situated on the South bank by County Hall and the Dinner Cruise leaves the Embankment Pier on the North bank. What should I wear? Dress code is smart to formal jeans and trainers are not allowed onboard. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear collar & tie. Bateaux London reserves the right to refuse admission for inappropriate dress. A refund will not be offered in such circumstances. How long should I allow for this experience? You will need to collect your tickets from the Bateaux London reception at Embankment Pier at least 30 minutes before your London Eye flight (latest flight time 6.00pm). Please then make your way across the foot bridge (approx 10 minute walk) to the London Eye for your flight. After your flight please make your way back across the footbridge to the Embankment Pier for the dinner cruise. Boarding starts at 19.15hrs for a prompt 20.00hrs departure. The cruise will then return back to Embankment Pier at 22.45hrs. The times above MUST be adhered to and bookings for both the London Eye and Dinner Cruise MUST be booked via eXhilaration if you just turn up then you will be unable to take your experience. If you turn up late and miss the boat and/or time slot on the London Eye you will lose your experience and will not be able to rebook with the same voucher at a later date. What does the activity include? Upon arrival at your chosen location your professional dance instructor will greet you and explain the format of the session. With your partner by your side you will learn the basic steps to your chosen dancing genre with expert advice along the way from your instructor. Plus depending on your chosen location there may be the opportunity to show off your moves and enjoy a general dance with the rest of the class. Where does the experience take place?
