We have breaks for the more adventurous ladies, and most breaks can be booked for one or two people. Some of the breaks include pole dancing lessons, not only great fun but also give your body a good workout. Indoor skydiving where you will get all the thrills of sky diving without the risk.

What does the activity include? You are securely attached in the centre of the zorb and all that remains is to be launched off a ramp and gravity does the rest - you're off on the ride of your life! Where does the experience take place? Bockhampton near Dorchester in Dorset. What should I wear? Please wear casual clothing – long sleeves & trousers are recommended. How long should I allow for this experience? Approximate time at venue 45 minutes including safety briefing & recovery! When does the activity take place? Selected dates from April to September. Are there any restrictions? Minimum age12 years (parental consent is required for under 18) Minimum height 4' 10'' Max weight allowed per Zorb is 28 stone. Not suitable if you suffer from high blood pressure heart conditions epilepsy or if you are pregnant. If you have any other condition and are in doubt as to whether or not you can take part in this activity contact eXhilaration. Anyone under the influence of alcohol will be refused and will lose their experience. What about the weather? Zorbing is subject to weather conditions wind speed and direction and rainfall. In the unlikely event of the course being cancelled due to weather conditions an alternative date will be offered to you. Can I bring spectators? Spectators are welcome What else do I need to know? Personal Accident Insurance is included. A 14 day cancellation notice is required to change booking dates or times if you give less than 14 days notice then you will forfeit your experience.

What does the activity include? This is a cross between a rollercoaster and a waterfall. It’s just you a friend the zorb and plenty of water! Where does the experience take place? Bockhampton near Dorchester in Dorset. What should I wear? Please wear casual clothing. You WILL get wet! How long should I allow for this experience? Approximate time at venue 45 minutes including safety briefing & recovery! When does the activity take place? Selected dates from April to September. Are there any restrictions? Minimum age6 years (parental consent is required for under 18) Max weight allowed per Hydro Zorb is 130kg for I person or 250kg for 2. Not suitable if you suffer from high blood pressure heart conditions epilepsy or if you are pregnant. Pole Dancing Taster Session for Two

What does the activity include? This taster session is designed for beginners wanting to learn the art of pole dancing. After a warm up session your expert instructor will teach you a range of sexy moves spins and floor work all of which help to improve your poise balance and rhythm as well as being great fun! The session will then end with a warm down. There will also be time at the end of the session for you to change. Where does the experience take place? London Bournemouth Edinburgh Newcastle Bristol Leeds Brighton Cardiff Sheffield Liverpool Manchester Blackpool Birmingham Nottingham Glasgow Aberdeen Cambridge and Southampton. What should I wear? We recommend that you wear something that you can move and feel comfortable in. Shorts and a vest top are usually good as it's important to have bare arms and legs in order to get a good grip of the pole (if you are daring you can even bring along a sexy dress). If you have kneepads they would be useful for the floor-work. Remember to bring your high-heeled shoes or boots to get a real feel of the day and trainers for the warm up and warm down. How long should I allow for this experience? You should allow approximately 1 ½ hours at the centre. When does the activity take place? Courses run on selected Saturdays all year round. Typically there is 6 weeks between each course. We recommend that you book as early as possible as there is a maximum of 10 ladies on each session. Courses start at 12noon and finish at 1.30pm please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time to get changed. Are there any restrictions? Participants with the following conditions should not participate: Back problems Heart problems Pregnancy or previous or current muscle injury. Minimum age 18 years there is no upper age limit as long as none of the above medical conditions apply. This experience is for ladies only. What about the weather? The weather will not affect this activity as the experience is held inside. Can I bring spectators? No. What else do I need to know? The voucher is valid for Two people however please note that there will be up to 8 other ladies participating in this taster session. Personal Accident & Cancellation Insurance is included. The bar will be open during the experience to purchase soft and alcoholic drinks. Not suitable for disabled persons. Cancellation Policy: Once a date has been booked for this activity the centre requires a minimum of 7 days notice to cancel or change a booking. If you give less than 7 days notice then you will lose the entire course fee.


Indoor Skydiving

What does the activity include? After checking in you will attend a short instruction class on skydiving techniques and a short video briefing to teach you some skills. Then it's off to the kit up area to collect your flight gear including flight suit helmet earplugs and goggles. You and your group will then enter the tunnel area for your sky diving experience. You will each enter the wind tunnel with your instructor for two flights of around 1 minute 15 seconds each - that's about the same fall time as three tandem skydives. Your family and friends will be able to watch you as you master winds of up to 170mph in the tunnel and learn how to skydive. You will receive a high quality DVD of your flights so you can impress your friends and relive your experience again and again. Where does the experience take place? This experience takes place near Clapham Bedfordshire. What should I wear? Comfortable casual clothing without collars and flat-soled trainers which must be laced up. You will be provided with a flight-suit helmet goggles earplugs knee and elbow pads. How long should I allow for the activity? You will spend about 1hr 30mins on site. Your arrival time will be at least an hour before your flight time. When does the activity take place? The activity takes place Wednesday - Sunday inclusive at selected times between 9am and 11pm. Dates and times are subject to availability at the time of booking. It is recommended that you book approx. 4 weeks in advance although last minute places are sometimes available. Are there any restrictions? You cannot fly if you weigh more than 20 stone are under 4 years of age (under 18’s will need to be accompanied by an adult who will be asked to read and sign an acceptance of risk form on their behalf). You need to be reasonably fit to participate in this experience. You will not be permitted to participate if you are pregnant have ever suffered a dislocated shoulder serious back or disk problems have any freshly stitched wounds Osteoporosis any bone illnesses heart problems are wearing a hard cast or are under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs. What about the weather? The weather will not affect this experience. Can I bring spectators? Spectators are welcome and there is a free viewing gallery although small children may be better kept in the lounge area as the viewing gallery is noisy. What else do I need to know? If you are late for whatever reason and miss your time slot then you will lose your entire experience. Refreshments are available to purchase on site. Personal Accident & Cancellation Insurance is included. Cancellation Policy:Please be aware that once a date has been booked for your experience you are under no circumstances allowed to change or cancel the booking in doing so you will forfeit your voucher completely. You can however change the name of the participant if you are unable to make the date.

Dolphin & Whale Watching for Two

What does the activity include? Upon arrival you will be greeted by a member of the team and kitted out with your life jacket before boarding the boat for this exhilarating experience. On board you will be given a full commentary by the fully qualified instructor as you make your way to try to encounter a variety of dolphins and whales such as the Bottlenose Common and Risso’s dolphins seals and basking sharks plus there may also be the opportunity to see some larger species including Fin and Minke Wales. The variety and number of species you will encounter is dependant on many factors including location the time of year and the fact that the animals are wild therefore specific species sightings cannot be guaranteed. Throughout the experience you will have some great opportunities to photograph the marine life so don’t forget your camera! Where does the experience take place? The experience departs from either Penzance Harbour in Cornwall or New Quay Harbour in Wales. What should I wear? All passengers are required to dress warmly and wear low flat shoes. Life jackets will be provided for your protection and safety. We also recommend that you bring some waterproofs just in case. How long should I allow for this experience? The boat trip itself lasts approximately 2 hours however you will need to allow approximately 2 ½ hours for the whole experience. When does the activity take place? Trips run on selected weekend and weekday dates all year round in Cornwall and April to October in Wales. Departure times can vary from 09.00 to 13.00 this will be confirmed at the time of booking. We recommend that you book at least 8 weeks in advance however lastminute spaces may be available subject to availability. Are there any restrictions? Minimum age 4 years. Maximum height 6ft. Maximum weight 16 stone. A reasonable level of fitness is required as you will need to step on and off the boat safely. What about the weather? The experience is weather dependant and we ask that you call 48 hours prior to your trip to check that everything is going ahead as planned. If the experience is cancelled due to bad weather then an alternative date will be offered to you. Can I bring spectators? Unfortunately spectators are not permitted. What else do I need to know? Personal Accident & Cancellation Insurance is included. Unfortunately this experience is not suitable for the disabled. Refreshments are not included but there are cafes & shops near to both locations.
